• You have two months to make the next 20% payment. (Month 3)
• The Next 20% should be in 6 months, then 9 months and 12 months after first payment.

• 90 m2 suites which can be shared into 15m2 to 20m2 offices and shops by 5 individuals at a rate of N 4,750,000 or 4 individuals at a rate of N 5,937,500 per head.
